No pickup - No credit back

I contracted with Express Auto Transport on 24 Jul 2008. I gave them 15 days to pick up my car but they were unable to do so. Sonja then told me they would refund my deposit of $295. I called seven days later and was told it can take 7-10 business days for their billing dept to credit me. I then called 3 weeks after I was told I would receive a credit; I had to leave voicemail, but they did NOT return my call. I am now disputing their $295 charge on my credit card with my bank. WHATEVER YOU DO....DO NOT engage this company to transport your car. THEY HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!
