I was assigned Lynnette Miller as my Customer Service Representative back in May when I purchased the vehicle. The seller of the vehicle had to fix a mechanical problem with the vehicle which required obtaining parts from Japan. For this reason, the pick up date had to be continually changed. The vewhicle was not actually ready to be picked up until the middle of August. During this time, I was repeatedly in contact with Lynnette Miller. She was always extremely helpful. When the vehicle was finally ready for pickup she worked hard to get it picked up as soon as possible, and kept me fully informed by telephone and/or e-mail as to what was happening and when the vehicle was to arrive. The services provided by Express Auto Transport were always handled in a professional and courteous manner.
