I had the good fortune of working with Lynnette Miller, she kept me updated regularly, usually either through a phone call or voice mail. She made my experience working with Express Auto Transport pleasant. There was some difficulty finding a driver to fit the pickup into a route, which resulted in a few days of delay. But Lynnette kept me informed and was very honest with me about the situation.
The driver Larry Day was very nice and personable. He called me a couple of times while on the road to let me know where he was. He handled our car carefully as it was unloaded.
The care arrived in good shape.
I would highly recommend Express Auto Transport.
