We contacted Express Auto Transport to move a vehicle from a dealer in New Hampshire to Nebraska. After placing our move with them I was called shortly after telling me that they were going to assign a driver. After not being notified of a potential pick-up day we called back and were given an excuse that they were still trying to find a carrier. After a month of phone calls and being treated like Nebraska was off the face of the earth and no answers and satisfaction we cancelled with Express Auto Transport and found another transport company that within minutes of placing our transport needs with them they had a driver to pick up our car and our car was to us within a week.

In the transport industry, there are areas that can take longer to schedule than others. In this particular case, we were unable to give Janet a potential pick-up date until after we were able to locate a carrier. New Hampshire is a state that is historically difficult simply due to its geographic location. Unfortunately, the volume of carrier traffic in that area is limited and it can take a bit longer to schedule a carrier for that route, while keeping the price reasonable for the customer. Express Auto Transport regrets that we were unable to locate a carrier within Janet’s desired timeframe. As a result, Janet’s deposit was immediately refunded in full the day following her cancellation.
