My initial contact with Express Auto Transport was shaky. When I called to receive a quote I spoke to Gary B. My daughter received a quote shortly before I did for appproxiately $300. less. After much discussion and bargaining I received the same price as my daughter. My car was picked upn on the 9th day (1-7 days was the estimated pick-up date). I received several calls from Rob Wolfenden as to my delivery date. He was friendly, polite, and helpful. I was so pleased when my car was delivered 3 days after pick-up. But due to the mishandling of my daughter's order I would never consider using Express Auto Transport's services again. My daughter's car was picked up on the 12th day, and then it took another 7 days for delivery. The only reason her car was picked up on the 12th day was because she paid an extra $500. after the driver told her that her car could sit for awhile, and that no one was going to pick her car up for 710. (which is what I paid!) Did she ever get ripped off!

We find Sue Chase’s review a bit ironic. While the overall review is only two stars, she has rated Express Auto Transport with four and five stars for all the subcategories listed. Unfortunately, auto transport is not an industry with fixed rates. Estimates are provided for every transport because there are many variables that are factored into the cost of each transport. These include not only the location, but also the fuel costs, carrier availability, route flexibility, and the overall transport demand at a given time. This is why the estimates provided for her transport and her daughter’s may have been significantly different. As the review demonstrates, each transport is independent. Experiences can vary simply due to the changeable dynamics of the transport industry. However, the focus remains fulfilling the customer’s expectations to the best of our ability, which is why Ms. Chase was granted the $300 discount to receive the same price as her daughter. We work to keep each pick-up and delivery on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
