We transported a 1947 Ford Fire Hose Truck from Long view, Texas to Bessemer City, North Carolina for Express Auto Transport. Tonia A was a delight to work with. The customer that had this vehicle transported was not completely honest about the condition of the vehicle when they hired Express Auto Transport to have it transported. So if you are going to use Express Auto Transport to ship your vehicle please be honest about the condition of the vehicle because it can cause delays in getting your vehicle picked up and delivered. They will work with you no matter what the condition problems are and the carrier will know in advance what the problems are and will be equiped and prepared to take care of the problem and your vehicle will transported without any delays.

Our experience with Express Auto Transport has been real positive. They are honest hardworking people. If I were not in the auto transport industry and needed to have a vehicle transported somewhere I would feel very comfortable using them to transport my vehicle. They check to make sure the carriers have the proper federal operating authority and insurance coverage to be transporting vehicles so that the vehicles they have transported arrive safely and on time.
