i was really worry about getting ripped off. i didnt know how to approach a stranger and tell them look i would like to do business with you, but dont try to rip me off. Before i could go into it mellisa answered all my questions i was going to ask. she made me feel that it was ok. I have a 64 chevy impala, and they got it from tamms illinois, to las vegas nevada. my friend who was holding my car in tamms was suppose to tell me when they came to get my car but he didnt. two days went by no news about my car ok im nervous now. the next thing i know i get a call from the service center telling me that my car was in new mexico oh boy whats going on. so i call my good buddy and asked him did they pick up the car? hes says yes ,ok im like wow. five minutes later the driver calls me and ask if he could deliver my car the same nite. so i was like sure that would be fine.anyway im am very pleased with exspress if i was not i would tell it. the price was not that bad the driver is a good guy and cares. i do not work for express i am just a happy customer. Dont just trust anybody, i was scared i would get ripped off for my deposite then get ripped off for my car. no sooner than i sent my deposit they went to work. Im happy i would tell anybody to use express if they want the job done right.
