I searched for a vehicle transportation company for several weeks. The more companies I contacted the more confuse I became. Some of the companies prices were less than others and of course my first instant was to accept the lowest quote. However, when I spoke with the representatives of the lowest cost I was not satisfied with their services. First of all I was rush to make a decision and secondly the representative was very unclear of the overall services. I asked for an e-mail confirming the quote. I then attempted to research the companies site but, when I clicked on the link a toll free number appeared. I called the toll free number and an automatic system prompted me to leave a message. All these details made me skeptical and insecure of what to do. I then decided to conduct a research (BBB)and came across express auto transport. The sales person answered all my questions patiently, made me feel secure and was very polite. The price was very good considering the gas prices. I told the representative that I was going to think about it and that I would give him a call back. When I called back with some more questions, the representatives called me back on a timely manner. I then made a decision and made arrangements to have my car transported. A second person called me by the name of Maria K. She took all the information needed for pickup and delivery. The car was picked up on time, and it was delivered on the anticipated day Maria had gave me. I called Maria a day after the car was picked up because I was not going to be at home on that day and she stated that the driver would work around my schedule "awesome". The driver was very polite. I have to say it was a wonderful experience working with your company. If I was to need auto transportation in the future I will most definitely call back and if I was to know of anyone who is seeking your services I will refer then to your company.
