I'm on the fence as to whether or not I will use this company again in the future. My classic mustang convertible was delivered on time after a long cross country trip. I asked for top-rack loading in an enclosed trailer since it's a convertible with a while top, but it was bottom loaded for the whole trip, and even worse it was located in the lower rack directly under an old, rusty, oily 1960 boat of a Chrysler. So, it was *very* dirty and had oil dripped on the hood paint from the car above (but thankfully not on the convertible the top) when it was delivered. The driver was apologetic and cleaned the oil from the car and luckily there was no paint staining. Chipped paint damage on the opening edge of the doors that was not there at pickup was found at delivery, but the driver says nothing could possibly have hit it there and that he thought it was from vibration. He took pictures and said he will file them so insurance can review. Other than that, the service was as expected. Communication after the contract was handed off to customer service was spotty, as the agent said she didn't have email for a week. Between that and the errors in automated emails from the company (the phone number and email addresses provided didn't match with my sales agent, for example), I'd advise being very proactive in your communication. I had to tell my customer service rep the car had been picked up a few days after the car was put on the truck because she didn't know.
