Was a little nervous having my Harley shipped sight unseen from NJ to IL. But Express Auto Transport made the experience very easy...no forms to fill out or fax, etc. Just one phone call and all was set. Their price was very good compared to other quotes with no hidden fees. The delivery driver, Brad of Specialty Mobile Carriers could not have been nicer or more helpful even when his truck broke down causing him to be a little late delivering my bike. He was the one to call and let me know my bike was safely on it's way and called several times to let me know how things were going. The bike arrived safely and in great condition. The only thing that could have been better would have been more communication from Express Auto but if I had any questions they were only a phone call away and ready to answer my questions.
