I originally reviewed this company in July '07. My complaint was that my motor scooter was damaged and I couldn't get any reasonable response (such as "yes we understand, and will take care of it for you"). I am writing a second review now to say that Lee Bond of Express Auto Transport took over the complaint and the company has paid my claim ($150) although I no longer had a receipt. I am completely satisfied with the complaint dept now.
