Car went MIA and NO ONE will return my calls

In summary, this is the absolute worst customer service experience I've had in my life. I wish I would have found this web site before choosing Express Auto Transport because I can clearly see that this poor service is standard operating procedure for this company. When I placed the order for the car, the sales person was very nice and I definitely thought I had made the right choice XXXfrom that point on things went down hill. My car was picked up earlier than the ready date and I had to scramble to prepare the car. Next I received an email saying my car had been delivered, but in fact, it hadn't been. I still don't have my car and I've now called this company over 10 times and each time someone tells me they'll call me back XXXI've never received a single call back. Apparently, there's only 1 person at the company who at any time knows where the cars are and he's never in the office. I've since put a hold on my credit card and am ready to file a police report for a stolen car. AVOID EXPRESS AUTO TRANSPORT AT ALL COSTS!
