I experienced the same service with the other reviews. The driver showed up at the pick up without a call beforehand and showed up at the destination without a call. When no one was at the location to receive the car, they took it to an impound lot. They demanded money and wouldn't tell us where the car was delivered. We could not verify if the car had been delivered anywhere or had been stolen. Jenny is impertinent to deal with and the only contact is to her cell number.

We had given specific instructions for contacts and delivery since I was overseas when this was being delivered. To Exit 15's defense I don't think the broker, Heartland-Trucking gave them any information other than the standard info posted on the board. They definitely didn't make any attempts to call in advance.

After promising of sending an invoice, their company information, verification of the car's whereabouts, the only thing we could get from Jenny that they were in any way legitimate was a bank account and a cell phone. Truly one of the most frustrating business experiences in my life, which after 20 years of dealing in China, Japan, Thailand, Malaysia and other third world countries, is qualified.

In the end after ignoring our pleas for help, the broker got involved after 5 days. We paid the broker who got our car released and had to arrange a tow truck to get the car delivered from the impound 50 miles away. This added $550 or 50% to the cost of the transport and much more in time, energy and frustration. I strongly suggest not using this trucker and refusing if this is who your broker gives your contract.
