My experience is very similar to the previous reviewer. Apparently the owner of Exit 15 Trucking Inc. at 10304 Meath Drive in St. Louis, Missouri 63123 and (314) 578-9896 (looks like the company was previously based in Salt Lake City), Jenny Kurb, makes a habit of sticking customer cars in uncovered storage lots 60 miles away. That is what she did to my car. First she falsely claimed that she tried to get a hold of me ten times. Then Jenny refused to reveal where she placed my car until she was wired $900 on the weekend when the banks are closed. I could not ensure my car was delivered to the appropriate city or inspect it first for damages. She told the broker that my car was only 7 miles away from my home and that the storage charges were $100 total. The broker was cool about it, offered to refund $50 of his deposit, and got Jenny to match him. So I paid the carrier fee. Guess what folks? Jenny lied to the broker and me too, because my car was 60 miles away in Concord, California at an uncovered lot called Bay Point Towing, and the storage charges were a ghastly $50 per day, which Jenny never revealed! She even lied to the storage facility and told them that the car belonged to a customer who lived nearby. Since it was five days of getting jerked around, I had to pay $250 to get it out! What a rip off! Where I live, there are plenty of storage facilities for far less money. The broker said he will never give Exit 15 Trucking another car and I am writing this review so you are aware of them too. Here is Jenny in her own words in an email to me after calling me a "psycho" on the phone before hanging up: " We don't cater to your wishes but are trying to do a job. I am going to sue you for extra miles my driver made into Santa Rosa and back, for being delayed for all other pickups due to your inability to accept your car and pay us on time. Direct Auto Express is too nice to you but I am the one who transported your car and it's my rules and terms and I drop the car into storage where it's convenient for me, not you since you lost your privileges when you didn't accept your car at the time of scheduled delivery. Thanks Jenny. " See that attitude people? Consider yourself properly warned. This woman thinks nothing about screwing a customer and says so bluntly. Crazy.
