Amazing company- great for 1st time customers

Very pleased with Exclusive Auto Movers. They were very prompt, professional, honest, and informative throughout the entire process. I placed my delivery order and had my car delivered to me 6 days later! The driver was even there waiting on my vehicle to be ready for transport. They kept me informed every step of the way. Nicole with the company did all the coordinating for the pickup of my car from the dealership without me having to get involved. The car was delivered in perfect condition by a knowledgeable driver. The driver clearly took pride in his work and was very careful with the cars he had on his haul. My car arrived a day before I was originally told it would be here but the driver called to let me know about 24 hours prior to delivery so that I could arrange to be available. I also got a call from the driver 4 hours prior to delivery to tell me exactly what time he'd be arriving with my car. Sure enough, 4 hours later I receive a call to come on outside because my car was here and unloaded. Very impressive service! I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to use an enclosed carrier. They are a good company especially for customers new to the car shipping business as they take so much time to walk customers through each step. It definitely is a small but wonderful group of people running this company. I can't say enough good words about my experience. Nicole as well as another guy in the office (who I spoke with on Nicole's off day) were very friendly and on top of keeping me updated. The driver was organized, polite, and very helpful. They didn't ever leave me wondering about my transport or the status of things. They treated my average car as if it were their own one of a kind vehicle! This small company exceeded my big expectations!
