I am new to the whole auto transport business and was very pleased by how smooth the whole process went. I was very skeptical at first and asked many questions. Gabrielle was very professional and quick with the way she responded to me (not to mention she is hilarious!!). She was very honest with me and explained the whole process to me in a way that made me feel at ease. She informed me that the lowest price is not always the best choice, which i found especially helpful. She remained in touch with me throughout the whole process and was around 24/7. I needed to ship my car in a hurry for a business trip to New York, she had a driver ready for me the next day! I am definitely going to call back considering she really took the time to get to know me and actually cared. GREAT PEOPLE! GREAT COMPANY!
