WATCH OUT - VERY EVIL WHAT THEY DO IF YOU POST NEGATIVE REVIEWS ABOUT THEM

May 13 2013. I live in Kansas City, Missouri and had just purchased a special car for my wife, who was celebrating 10 years after being diagnosed with a brain tumor. The purchase of the car over the internet and phone went perfectly. Dealing with Exclusive Auto Carriers was a complete NIGHTMARE. It's too bad the car dealerships get such a bad reputation. I would say be careful in dealing with the transportation industry, what a mess they are. Tuesday May 13, 2013 Andy-Exclusive Auto Carriers calls me and leaves me a voicemail saying he had a guy driving a transport who could pick up my car in Georgia and leave by the end of that week. I questioned him several times and he assured me it would leave no later than 48 hours from then. The price he quoted seemed in line with industry, plus their transport reviews seemed ok as well. I committed that I would use him since he FOR SURE had someone leaving by end of week. (Keep in mind that I want to get this car to my wife as her present, as soon as I could for a reasonable fee). He then emailed me the agreement that I was to initial and sign. This agreement said in the first paragraph that by signing I was "....hiring Exclusive Auto Carriers, a licensed & bonded transportation brokerage (MC#815837) to arrange the shipping of their vehicles(s) with a licensed and insured Carrier within 10 business days from thefirst available pickup date described in the Contract." I questioned Andy about the "within 10 days" clause. I was hesitant in signing. But once again he assured me that my car would be picked up within 48 hours. I then paid him $175 as a downpayment over the phone. $350 would be due at delivery (total cost $525) Andy then said he would POST my necessity for pick up on some website transport companies use. Uh, why would you suddenly need to POST need for pickup IF you FOR SURE had a driver to pickup my car within 48 hours. I called him on this and he then said HIS driver was unable to take this trip. RIGGHHHHTTTTT!!!! He would get on the phone and make calls to get me a ride. He continued to stick with his 48 hours. Not once did he call to followup with me, apologize, and anything. Andy might me a great guy, but he LIED to me from the git go. I certainly have better things to do than right this review, but I think it is a necessity, so someone else doesn't have to go through this fiasco. The next Monday I called another number and got in touch with Amanda, who happened to be the owner. I explained situation and she wanted to call me back. She then told me they have a transport that could pick up my car the next day, Tuesday May 21. She said I would just need to have $475 to pay transport company upon delivery of my vehicle. Uhhh, I just got bumped again from my original agreement of $350 at delivery, to $475. All of which I have verification of total fees of $525. I told her this and she wanted to call me back. She did call back and said that she reprimanded Andy and sent him home for the day and said that is not how they do business. She then said they had a transport that could pick up my car on Tuesday again. I said NO. I want my deposit back, which Amanda did do. So I appreciate her keeping her word on that. She then gave me number of transport company that could pick up my vehicle and said I could work with them directly and bypass her as the broker. I did make that call, got transport scheduled and received my car. Exclusive Auto Carriers might, in fact, be a terrific company, but it just takes one person or experience to screw it up. All I can say is be careful of anyone you choose and ask lots of questions. Although just know that the answers you receive back may not be the truth. This is a followup to my earlier post. I had written a negative review of this company earlier today. Exclusive Auto Carriers disputed that I was a customer, so I received an email from transport reviews.com stating that I must have verification that I was a customer of theirs. I sent all of the needed documents. My post is now on this site for Exclusive Auto Carriers.

Post #2:

I am now adding another post to show you the type of people whom work there (most of which are probably good people just doing there job), however, they few bad apples can spoil it for everyone else.

After I posted my honest, detailed, and accurate review of my dealings with Exclusive Auto Carriers someone in their company tried to get payback with me by taking my personal information (name, address, city, state, email address, phone) and adding to a multitude of sites saying that I wanted several different types of vehicles transported from one place in the country to another.

So by them posting that need for supposed transportation for vehicles I don't even own, I have received literally not less than 50 phone calls and unwanted emails from other brokers trying to earn my business. What they have done is harassment, using of my personal information to waste my time.

This company should not only be out of business, but they need to be prosecuted.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

All I wanted was an honest company to ship a car for my wife, and their actions have literally wasted my day with unwanted calls and emails.

I have already contacted Attorney Generals in Florida and New Jersey, as well as Dept of Agriculture & Consumer Services, and Palm Beach County Consumer Protection.

This is not a real client it is a man that has alot of time on his hands to tarnish competition and to be insensitive to make up a story about a sick wife and for it to be a complete lie is a low person. If your company is not doing well do not try to ruin the honest companies thanks chris have a nice day
