I can not believe, these transport companies

I originally was movin my car back in December. Went with a company that promised to have it out with in the same week. They gave me a real good price too, Told me from NY - FL at that time was $400 for my 2010 Mercedes AMG. I should have gone with my gut feeling when all the other brokers gave me $300 more than the one I went with.

Long story short, since December till May my car did not move, I canceled May 11 and they said they would refund me my money, guess what? I am still waiting.

I do not trust these brokers now since this happened to me, but I kept hope alive because well it was either that or drive one vehicle, fly back drive the other and do it again. These guys at exceptional helped me save my time and not just that showed me what I have to do exactly to get my refund back from the other company.

Funny thing is unlike the other brokers they didnt bad mouth any of the others companies they just said bummer, let us help and they did.

Great job Damian. You proved me wrong and sorry again for taking out what happened with the other company on you. You will be one of the most successful ones
