Christa at EXCELLENT AUTO TRANSPORT is EXCELLENT. I'd never shipped a vehicle. She explained everything in detail and set the expectations perfectly. In an industry where there seems to be a lack of good customer service, reliability and follow through, she has it figured out.
She seems to have a great reputation with carriers who work with her. I had to reschedule the pickup date which we worked through, scheduled a new date. It got booked the same day, picked up two days later on Friday morning on the west coast. The car arrived at my location on the east coast in the same condition it left California. They initially told me 7-9 days but it arrived Monday afternoon around 5pm. Only 3.5 days. The driver went over the details with me, I paid him and he went on his way. That's impressive.
The whole experience was impressive. If you need to ship a vehicle anywhere in the country, call Christa. Get her number and email address and save it in your phone like I did. I did a lot of research looking for the best way to transport this vehicle. I'm so glad I found Christa. She really did an EXCELLENT JOB. I wish there was a 10 star button.
