This was my first time transporting a vehicle. I spent 5 days researching company reviews, and made the mistake of putting my info on one of those sites that give you multiple quotes. That led to 20 phone calls, 15 emails, and 10 text messages a day by vultures who were promising me the world. On the last day I found Excellent and was stunned by there extraordinary reviews. I contacted them for a quote and Bernie called me back right away. She did nothing less then set my mind at ease with all her detailed information, knowledge of the industry, and upfront honesty. I am sooooo pleased to find her, and extremely happy with the process. I never even had the need to call her again because everything went as expected and explained. The driver was 1 day after the pickup date, but I explained to Bernie upfront I was not in a hurry, so it was just fine because the origin had both days off. Further more the vehicle was still dropped off on the expected date with no damage. The Carrier was a fun and energetic guy who kept up on progress updates. I really can't say enough how overly satisfied I am with the Excellent, Bernie, and the Carrier. If I am to have a car transported again I will call Excellent ONLY and definitely recommend them to anyone!
