The Excellent in Excellent auto transport really means Excellent!

I was new to the whole vehicle transport process at the time when purchased and needed my 1968 Ford transported to its new home, so the 1st thing I did was put my information in a quote web site that would send my information out to transport companies and almost immediate I started receiving calls and emails from various companies. Most offered outrageous prices on my unusual route (South Dakota to Dallas, Texas) and bad customer service and very high “deposit amount” (turns out that’s actually a broker fee). I declined many offers, I was even close to make a deal with one company but something told me to keep looking! I looked through my emails and found Excellent Auto Transport witch had an attractive decent quote, so I gave them a call and I got a nice woman named Bernice answered, I let her know I was new to the vehicle transport process and had a lot of questions. She told me everything I wanted to know and more to make sure I was comfortable, I also told her my tales of the other people I dealt with and found out all of them did not tell me the truth about the “deposit fees” and how some companies basically try to milk you for every last cent you have to spend with this “deposit fee”. Bernice was very honest and professional so I agreed to have her put my info out to start getting drivers, and from there she let me know her daughter Sonia would be talking care of me the rest of the process. From here Sonia was very proficient and professional she was always available to call or email for questions. Once she found me a driver that fit my price she called me immediately to let me know, I agreed and was immediately sent a confirmation email with all the information (very detailed). Bernice and Sonia are extremely helpful and honest if I ever needed another vehicle transported I would call excellent auto transport because they are just that and more Excellent! A big thank you! I would trust them to find a driver for the most expensive vehicle you have! I would also give a big thank you to my driver Jose A. who was also professional and even arrived a day early!

Hi Meredith, Thank you for the great detailed review. We really appreciate you taking the time to write it. The majority of people we talk to that need their cars transported have never done it before and that is why we take the time to explain the process to them so that they feel more comfortable with the process.
