Christa took me through the whole process in a clear manner. I never was uncomfortable about any of the process because her priority was clearly for the customer to avoid confusion or nervousness. She was immediately responsive to my needs and requests.

She called me with an available shipper within 5 minutes of my search on the web. She then found another with my preferred price within a few hours.

There were no hassles and no logistical issues. The driver showed when he was supposed to show and delivered when he was supposed to deliver.
