Fernando was the driver that came 3 days after my designated pickup date to finally pick up my car. We were already driving towards our new home in Atlanta and had to leave car keys with a friend in San Diego.

Fernando picked up the keys and loaded my car without performing the walk around and filling out the Bill of Lading. A good reputable driver will fill this out before recieving the keys and getting into the car to load it but this driver was not reputable. He later forged the signatures on the Bill of Lading when the car was delivered to another friend in Atlanta. The car was not in the same condition it was when it left San Diego. In the process of loading and unloading cars, the securing chains from the upper deck were not moved out of the way and the entire upper surface of my Lexus GS has scratches starting from the hood, roof and ending on the trunk and rear-spoiler. During the run down the length of the car the chain hooks must have bounced a couple of times because there are also nice dents in the trunk and roof along with the scratches.

When confronted with the facts that the Bill of Lading was forged, Fernando became defensive and would not accept responsibility, showing the true character of the man. He even had the gall to ask for a tip on delivery!! Would you tip the valet for denting your car and then lying about it?? Me neither.

People are lazy. Don't let your driver be lazy, make sure you perform the walk-around the car before giving any driver you keys.
