We cannot pick up a vehicle without consent since a client would have to give the pick up information which includes an address, and in your case with the vehicle coming from a copart, a lot and a buyer number. We cannot make up this information. Your assistant gave us the go-ahead on this claiming it was urgent. We communicated with you guys to the end sending pictures and giving ETAs. All this, we actually had the cheapest carrier in the area and saved you money by having it picked up from copart before occurring anymore fees. Again, we cannot control communication within your company, that is your responsibility and something you guys will have to work on. We were given the order.
