While the process of finding a carrier that could pick up our car took longer than we hoped, we were very pleased with the carrier that Evergreen Auto Transport found for us, especially since our car battery was dead when the carrier went to pick up our car. The driver went above and beyond to get our car loaded on to his truck and was extremely patient and friendly. He was always cordial, as was Jerry from Evergreen Auto Transport who was coordinating the pick-up. While I was getting a little discouraged at first because it was taking quite a while to secure a carrier, it worked out great and I was very pleased with the service overall and would recommend Evergreen Auto Transport to anyone who I knew was looking to have their vehicle transported. Our came on an open style carrier. Once our car was picked up, it only took two days to get to us. The driver was very accommodating in getting our car to our house. Throughout the entire process I was always able to find someone to answer my questions, whether it be Jerry at Evergreen Auto Transport or the driver of the carrier. I called around to get price quotes for transporting our car, and Evergreen Auto Transport was by far the most competitively priced. Because of this, I also looked up their rating and found they had a five star rating, which is why I proceeded with the reservation process. Again, I am pleased with the overall process. Thanks!
