Worst customer service ever

i booked the shipping over the phone and was told that my vehicle would be picked up within 4-10 days, they issued a carrier the carrier never showed. i called evergreen the following day asking the where the guy was. they said they would call them and then get back to me when they heard from them. they never returned my call, the following day the same scenario played out for the next 6 days over and over again. they would say they would call me right back and not once did they call me back or let me know what was going on. Finally as i was waiting on hold for them to check once again with the shipping company they informed me that the shipping company said they cancelled. they then said that they would start looking for another carrier asap. another 5-7 days later of me calling everyday they inform me that a carrier has been located and would be picking up the vehicle soon. my number one problem with this company is that they repeatedly lied to me! if someone says they will call me right back i expect a phone call with an update. i never once received a phone call from this company. as i booked this over the phone i was told the vehicle would be picked up within 4-10 days, as i have now looked at the website this time frame was just an estimate. but when i was sold this service it was explicitly sold as 4-10 days which was a straight up lie, later i was told by a manager that the figure is only correct 65% of the time. they should not advertise as 4-10 because it's not true 19 days is a far cry from their figures. DO NOT USE EVERGREEN AUTO SHIPPERS unless u like horrible customer service filled with lies! the shipper that eventually arrived to pick up the car was from D-BAR-D transportation was Robert. he did a great job, i have no complaints about them, they always answered their phone and gave me accurate estimates on time of pick up/ drop off.

Larry B choose, as he admits our budget shipping, which he knows only works 65% of the time within the 10 days, however eventually all vehicles move at the budget rate.. We have 4 levels of service depending upon how much time you have and how fast you want to move. We recomend you choose the level of service that fits your needs. We wish Larry well on his move.
