Ended up costing me more than quoted and very, very late!

I would not use this company again. I prepaid (my mistake) and I was told they "will come through for me and make sure my car gets to Texas on time". The date I told them the car would be ready came and went- no call from them. I called them two days later and was told it was due to the weather, but they should have someone in the area the next day. That came and went. I had to get to Texas, so I had to leave my car with a friend. Called each week for several weeks- still no answer to when my car will be picked up for delivery. Was told I could pay $250 more and that might help. I told them if I wanted to pay more, I would have gone with a better shipping company that guaranteed results. I told them they should pay the additional money since they had failed to ship my car. Plus, I was incurring daily rental car fees. More time went by, still no car.

Got a call saying that I could pay $150 to the driver and they could have someone finally pick it up. I decided that was my only option. At this point, my car had to be left at another person's house because my friend was now out of town. Was told that all they had to do was hand the driver the keys...come to find out that the driver told them they had to drive the car to the nearest wal-mart parking lot. Once again, more bad information given to me.

Finally, my car arrived, very late and much more expensive than they quoted. Do yourself a favor- don't ship with them!!

Finally, I inquired about my rebate twice via email - they never once replied - and no rebate.

Whole story is false. Customer choose budget shipping with no guarantee of pickup or delivery. We have 4 levels of service. Our outstanding record speaks for itself. Try us!
