I had a wonderful experience with evergreen auto transport. The carrier actually took the car a day early which was very convenient for us. It only took a couple days for delivery, and the car arrived in perfect shape. The customer service by Linda was outstanding. She was very easygoing and did not put on a hard sell for me to use the company. We had a discussion about the options and the different prices, and found the best plan for my budget.
The only thing that I would change is getting a quote via email. I got an email that listed the company policy, which asked for my e-signature. However, I did not get an electronic invoice before or after my transaction.
I am happy to report that the company fulfilled all of it's promises, including the price. There were no hidden charges and the driver had the same numbers as the agent on the phone.
