The office staff was very helpful and walked us though every step. This was the first time we shipped a vehicle. The staff understood this was not something we were familiar with and answered every question we had. The pickup was within the estimated time frame (1 week, 5 business days) and delivery was a little early. We expected delivery on Wednesday but received on Tuesday night around 8:30pm. This was quite ok and actually saved us from waiting around for the delivery on Wednesday. The carrier drivers were very helpful and friendly. They took extreme care when unloading the truck. The rate quoted by Evergreen by far was the best price we found on the internet and we even received a 10% discount by paying for the service up front with check by phone. I was very pleased that all paperwork could be taken care of over the phone and via emails. I would recommend Evergreen Auto Transport for anyone looking for a great deal on moving their vehicle. I was very please and will use again in the future if I ever need to. Thanks to Evergreen out new family heirloom made it home safe and sound.
