Since the time I called from the time my car was delivered, I had no complains whatsoever. The office person was very friendly and helpful and saw to it that he satisfies all my concerns before we close the deal. He was upfront in relaying all the details except for the rebate system that they have. I did'nt know that you have to do this review/rating work before you get your rebate. It's like you have no choice but to do it otherwise no Rebate for you. Overall, am satisfied with the service and would use this carrier again.
