Very poor service

I shipped my vehicle with this company and the service was very poor. First on all the quoted price was increased by $700 dollars. Their VIP package is a joke. They didn’t pick up my car in 24 hours. I had to call. They claimed I would receive a $200 dollar refund for their tardiness. They called me the day before my vehicle was to arrive and claimed my check didn’t clear. I contacted the bank they showed no signs of a check being attempted. After this I received a shitty call from Stacy. She then proceeded to tell me that my check bounced and they were going to dump my truck in storage and file a lien if not paid now. I still didn’t get any information about my check from them. I offered to pay cash, credit card, or wire transfer from my bank. I gave them the banks phone number to verify funds or find out what the problem was. They didn’t contact my bank at all. They said they can’t trust me because I am a low life dead beater. They insisted that I western union the money. However, I did this to comply which cost me an additional $175 to send it to them. Then they increased the price by $200 dollars because to wouldn’t honor the $200 discount for them not picking it up in 24 hours. This was the worst shipping experience of my life. The customer service was even worse. Ship at your own risk and be prepared to pay more.

Whole story is false. James bounced TWO checks TWICE. One for $1577 and the other for $712. We told him he would have to pay cash only wouldn't you? Looks like we made the right decison. He would have made up stories to not pay us. In any event we wish James well.
