It was smooth, good customer service. I could access the customer service easily, and she called me right away. They picked up my car on time, and dropped it on time. This whole thing took about 10 days. My car was safe and sound in one peice. No thing was stolen or damaged. They driver was smiling all the time. He was quite polite any time I called him. No issue, no problem.
