I was terrified of shipping my car across the country because:

1) If I arrived earlier than my car, I would be stranded in 95' Weather with virtually no public transportation.

2) If I arrived after my car, all my things could have been stolen.

I was originally scheduled for a pickup window of 5 days but I was called a couple days before asking if I would like to have my car picked up early. I didn't bother with that offer but then I received another call the day of my transport. The problem was, I was only given 2-hours notice so no one was available at my pickup location and my car was not picked up. The good news is that they arranged for my car to be picked up first thing in the morning the next day.

My car arrived in good condition although my battery terminals had oxidized considerably, forcing us to jump-start the car multiple times. After the terminals were cleaned, everything was AOK. What I was most happy about was the door-to-door service and the fact I was allowed to pack a ridiculous amount of merchandise in my car. None of it was stolen or damaged and overall I am extremely happy with Evergreen Auto Transport (and the carrier, Ace Auto Transport).
