Book Keeper should be ashamed of him self

I had my son's car shipped home before deployment. Linda is great, she handled it quickly and promptly for us. Cost was no problem and the car was here in a few days.

Only one issue:
I was ask that after the car got home to please rate them and there service here. I did this on May 20, when the car was returned home. I was told if I did this that I would recieve a $50 rebate for doing so. The policy is: the check is cut a month after the survey is done (this would put my check being cut on June 20th). Today July 14th I called about my check and was told by the book keeper that it was not cut because he was not sure where to send the check. Wouldn't common sense kick in and tell Ian to send the check to the billing address. No it doesn't appearntly according to him Linda was suppose to give him my address and since she did not he just didn't send a check untill I called.

This company will do a good job for you but make sure you ask to speak to the book keeper personally to make sure he has you address and name or you'll never get the check for the rebate. Looks like they would have a better policy for this since according to Linda she already thought the check was sent and has no way of knowing untill speaking to me that it had not been sent.
