We ordered our daughters pool through the Walmart app on July 14th. They chose Estes to ship it to us. Our expected delivery date was July 29th. They received my package at their “destination city” one hour away on Monday the 25th; they called me Tuesday saying they would not be delivering till next Tuesday august 2nd. They want to hold my package for week one hour away before delivering it to me. They said if they received my package Monday they would have sent out for delivery the next day. Funny because my tracking says they in fact did receive my package on Monday night however they claim they did not receive it till Tuesday night and that my tracking information was incorrect. So now because they only deliver to my area on certain days I have to wait that whole week. This company is a joke.
