Terrible Customer Service and damaged items

Their customer service is very poor. I've now left voicemails and emails and the manager Mike in MN will not call me back to close the loop on our move. The container was left for 4 extra days in our driveway. No one called us about it. It just sat. Communication has been very poor throughout. And unfortunately, most of our items have been beat up in transit with no recourse. Pay more and find a better company to take care of your belongings.
