Estes tried to deliver an AC on the 9th of June using a full size tractor trailer, the driver called and asked me to drive out and meet him somewhere because he couldn't deliver locally (trailer too big! The order was supposed to be door to door) I could not do that at the time, but was kind of annoyed because I've had this problem with Estes before. Now it's the the 24th of June, no further communication from Estes and I've had to cancel the order. What a waste of time! Please think twice before using Estes.
