This shipping company is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. My Home Depot order shipped through them, only for them to be 15 days past the delivery window. At the end they ended up telling the truth that they lost the item. They never reach back to you, They try to blame others, and they hope that you won't notice how late your items are shipped. These individuals running the pinebrook facility have no idea what they're doing. They are extremely dysfunctional. Try not to use them.
