Negligent at best

Had pictures taken by auction less than 24 hours before pickup. Was told Saturday pickup, which it was. Was told Tuesday maybe Wednesday delivery. I actually got it on a Monday! Only problem was it was the Monday AFTER they stated it would be in. Regardless, no discount ever issued. Moving forward, car came in with front bumper cracked (2004 S4 convertible). Of course, they state its auction's fault. Auction has no report of incident. Moving forward, driver side window was inoperable, but the transporter didn't feel it was necessary to cover it for the 10 days it was moving up the East Coast. As such, it arrived with standing water in back seat, which are now ruined (expensive) and all electrical in door is shot. Not sure if top is blown, as with current electrical issues, I am unable to tell. Rear seat had two inches or more of water in it. I contacted Erin and BIll's and was told the driver tried to cover the window, it just didn't hold. TRY HARDER. As of yet, they have offered no resolution, only to say that obviously the seller who sold me the car at the auction must've pulled a fast one. Unfortunately, I've done business with him prior, and they didn't realize that before offering up that excuse. Horrible company, do not use if you live in the Rochester or Upstate NY area. They will not call you back, will not admit any wrongdoing. Go with someone else, its worth it.
