New Way Moving arranged for the transport of a 2010 MB ML-550 SUV from Bethesda, MD to Roseville, CA. The pickup date was scheduled and confirmed for 5/19/11. The driver was contacted by me personally on several different occasions prior to the scheduled pickup time and date. I specifically told the driver to call ahead at least a couple of hours to ensure that the vehicle was ready and waiting to be loaded onto the truck. The driver did not call ahead and just showed up at the dealers location. The dealer was temporarily unavailable, possibly at lunch. The truck driver called the dealer and left a quick message and then left without loading my vehicle for transport to California. I contacted the driver but he had very little to say to me. This was the most unprofessional experience that I have ever experienced. I will never even consider utilizing this carrier ever again. They are completely unprofessional and should not be doing business in this country.
