I live in South Carolina and purchased a car in Fort Myers, FL. The dealership had scheduled my car to be delivered by a carrier they work with but for some reason, the shipper was unable to pickup the vehicle. When I spoke with the sales manager, they were trying to find another shipper. I told him I had gotten other quotes from other shippers to compare to price given to me by the salesperson. The sales manager told me if I could find another company to take care of my vehicle, they would work with them and get all the necessary paperwork.

I remembered speaking with John from Envision on the phone and he had emailed me a quote. I contacted him and had a driver that was immediately available to pickup the car from the dealership that same day. Once the dealer got their paperwork, they contacted the driver who was at the dealership in 5 minutes! John had informed me later that night that the vehicle would be delivered the next evening. Well the car arrived around 9:30am the next morning! The car was delivered in perfect condition and I am now enjoying my car.

John was truly a hero in responding so quickly and making this process so easy for me. I would recommend his company to anyone.
