After my first car transport experience ended with a damaged vehicle, I was very uneasy about transporting my second car, one of much higher value. I went online and submitted a form that went to several different brokers, all fighting for my business. Having over 30+ emails, more promises than I could even comprehend, I was ready to forget everything and find the highest end transport I could find, in hopes that I would at least get what I paid for. After all the emails settled down, I received a call from Michael DiBenedetto from Envision Auto Relocations Inc., who immediately changed my view on transport brokers.

Michael was extremely professional and explained what he offered with no pressure at all. After thinking the offer over, I called him first thing the next day to book my transport. Michael explained everything clearly and did not sound like a salesman at all. Within 24 hours, I had a comfirmed pickup time for my Mercedes to go from California to Connecticut. The car was picked up on time and arrived a day early. The driver and Michael communicated with me during the process and I could not have asked for a better experience. The shipping company Michael chose was top notch and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
