I was very worried about using an open air double decker carrier to transport my car I had just spent the past few weeks searching for. The fusion orange VUE is a very hard color to locate. After getting a quote from DAS of $1100 with a 2 week transit time on a double decker open air carrier with probably a lot of time with my car sitting in a warehouse, i contacted George @EVT. He didnt have a driver going my way until mid january but said he would make some calls for me. And he found someone who could pick the car up basically the NEXT day and get it down here in 3 days.
George also faxed me all the insurance info on the carrier and gave me their DOT and MC numbers and contact info.
Well, the next day my car was picked up from the dealership in nebraska and a little over 50 hours later, it was in my hometown and delivered to me.
Fully enclosed 2 car carrier with a great driver who was very careful with my car :) Altho he did tease me about the 'blue' car he just carried down here for me from nebraska :) the whole point of me getting this car was for the fusion orange color. Very nice and friendly guy.
anyways, would just like to say thanks to EVT and the great experience i had shipping my xmas present home :) Didn't think I had any chance of getting it b4 xmas, but George found me the driver to do that! :)
