This was the first time using a car transport service. The car was being transported from Arizona to North Carolina. I checked all the various sites and reviews and became very concerned about some of the customer comments ranging from late pick-up, late delivery,poor communications and most important comments regarding damaged (torn off mirrors, serious damage on side due to being keyed, broken windshiels due to being hit with tree limb, hail damage and a number of other things) that occurred during transport when using open transport. I decided that this car was too important/valuable to take a chance. Although more expensive than open transport it was well worth the costs to be able to sleep at night. This company was outstanding, communicated regularly with me and actually was able to pick up earlier than scheduled after contacting me. It arrive exactly as scheduled and I received regular communications from the driver. He even wiped off the small amount of dust that had accumulated during transit after off loading. Don't take a chance with your valuable car, It is not worth trying to save a few dollars when in the end it could cost you thousands due to damage. Use this company and you will not be disappointed and your car will arrive in the exact condition as when loaded and on time.
