Here is my experience. You can decide based on this. I signed up to move my car from Kentucky to Washington. I had to pay $150 up front unlike other brokers. I waited several days with no transporter to pick up my car. So I canceled the contract and they charged me $200 as cancellation fee for doing nothing. They will charge you this fee if you do not wait for at least one week from the requested pickup date to find a driver.
