Unreliable and tried to scam for more money

I had an order confirmed for 3 weeks and prepaid a deposit. Called several times to confirm my pickup and were told it'll be done 1 or 2 days in advance. I called again during that time frame and got promised that I will hear from the dispatcher. On the day of the pickup, I finally got a call saying that they are unable to pick up my car and I can get it picked up the following day for $200 more. After much back and forth, they are unable to get my vehicle for the agreed price. They insist on charge me at least $100 more. This company is a complete scam and tried to take advantage of people because they are desperate on the day of the move and will likely pay whatever increased price. I will certainly never use them or recommend them to anyone.
