Complete train wreck. Tech doesn't work, Chris Gullia has spent 2 weeks lying, stalling, and most importantly - NOT shipping my new car. It's sitting in a lot a week after it was supposed to be picked up. Just use someone else. Chris quoted a 1 day window, didn't have a driver or communicate with me. Then after I called a few times, he finally said it was a 5 day window. Today is the 5th day and its still not picked up. Now they are saying its a 10 day window. I have called 15-20 times and have been told that everything the last person said was wrong. No one ever calls back. I have probably talked to every employee of this company. If you can use another company, I'd HIGHLY recommend it.
