Gary, we absolutely do honor our military discount when it's available, but some routes are already at the absolute lowest price possible. To post your transport for a lower price would have been an injustice to you as our customer, because no carrier would have picked it up. We had to fight to get a carrier to pick it up at the rate it ended up moving to begin with. Also, our CEO's email is listed on our website and your emails were specifically forwarded to him in case you were to reach out to him. I'm sorry that you feel you were cheated out of this discount but your car would still be sitting at pickup waiting for a driver if we had lowered your price at all.
