Thank you Abby C.! I have shipped vehicles in the past, dealt with different shippers and agents, but without a doubt Abby was, and I am confident will continue to be, the best! She listened to my unique requirements, she understood my needs and believed me when I told her I was committed to using the company she represented to get my vehicle shipped. Abby was truthful and open about the process right from the start. She kept me updated throughout the process. I feel she went above and beyond of what her company expected of her. I dealt with a different agent in the same company before her; I was extremely fortunate that my first experience with Easy Shippers did not materialize and I ended up calling back at a later time and ended up with Abby answering my call. Abby is a motivated and dedicated individual that believes in providing the best customer service!
