Mr. Shomari, If anything you say about your background within the African American rights community is factual you should be embarrassed by your behavior displayed here today and in the email you sent at 11:15pm on July 8th, 2021. You should feel incredibly ashamed of yourself for trying to exploit a very real problem that Black Men and Women face every day in this country. Over a situation that you know had absolutely nothing to do with your race. All you’re doing here is discrediting the progress Black Men and Women have made in this battle with race equality. This situation was in no way a racial matter. The driver left a brand new clean oil pan in your car! Was it okay that he left the oil pan in your car, no it was not. He did not leave that oil pan in your car because you are a black man. It was left in your car because it was the last car on the trailer. The driver apologized to you on more occasions than we can count, we at Easy Auto Ship apologized, the driver offered to pay you for the inconvenience, offered to repair the scratches on the plastic parts of the back trunk area of your car (WHICH YOU SAID WAS NOT NECESSARY BECAUSE YOUR CAR WAS A 2006!), and the driver arranged to come back to pick the oil pan up. All of which you agreed to and thanked us over for being so prompt and responsive, handling this in a matter that was to your liking. For you to say these awful things about the driver when he spoke so highly of you and genuinely felt bad for this mistake. Our representative even gave you the opportunity to tell us what you wanted to see happen in order to resolve this for you, and you said you were good with what we had done!!! 8 hours later at 11:15 pm on July 8th, 2021 we get this hate filled email from you calling us and the transport carrier racists and trump supporting racists! Which is beyond absurd! Little fun fact about Easy Auto Ship and the transport carrier that ship your vehicle, we are both owned and operated by minorities. Our Easy Auto Ship representative that you sent the email to, tried to call you several times, left voicemails, and sent emails asking you to call us so we could discuss your ridiculous email, of course you never responded. All of our calls are recorded we will be more than happy to share that conversation with whomever your legal representation is so they can set you straight. Because we are here to tell you there was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING RACIST about that conversation or this entire situation. Again, you should feel incredibly ashamed of yourself for trying to exploit a very real problem that Black Men and Women face every day in this country. Over a situation that you know had absolutely nothing to do with your race. All you’re doing here is discrediting all of the progress Black Men and Women have made in this battle with race equality every day. The only one who appears to be a bigot is you. Throwing accusations around calling us Trump supporters and racists. Its weird how you could even assume these things through a 10 minutes phone call with one representative that was as nice as a person could be to you throughout that entire call. What you’re doing here is shameful and we will not stand for it. You contact whatever legal entities you want. We will respond with facts.
